Citizenship (Naturalization)

USCIS N-400

We prepare your complete N-400 citizenship application and get you ready for the interview and the civics and English test.

Who this is for

  • Permanent residents for 5 years, or 3 years if married to and living with a U.S. citizen
  • Age 18 or older
  • Physically present in the U.S. for at least half of that time
  • Good moral character and ready to take the English and civics test

What our service includes

  • A review of your eligibility and any red flags (long trips, arrests, taxes)
  • Complete preparation and review of Form N-400
  • A fee waiver or reduced-fee request when you qualify
  • Support through the whole process, including your biometrics appointment
  • Interview and civics test preparation (practice with our flashcards)

The government's USCIS filing fee for Form N-400 is separate from our preparation fee. We explain both before you start.

The citizenship test

For applications filed on or after October 20, 2025, USCIS uses the 2025 civics test: you are asked up to 20 questions from a list of 128 and must answer 12 correctly. You must also show you can read, write and speak basic English, unless you qualify for an age or disability exception.

How we handle your case

The same clear process at every one of our offices.

  2. 2. Documents

  3. 3. Preparation & filing

We complete and double-check your forms and file them with USCIS with your evidence.

  4. 4. Follow-up

We help with biometrics appointments, requests for evidence (RFEs) and getting ready for your interview.

Frequently asked questions

Can I apply before I reach 5 years of residence?

Yes. USCIS accepts the application up to 90 days before you reach the required time. We help you calculate your exact date.

Do I have to take the test in English?

Usually yes. If you are 50 or older with 20 years as a resident, or 55 or older with 15 years, you may take the civics test in Spanish with an interpreter. At 65 with 20 years as a resident you study a shorter list of questions.

What if I have an arrest or a ticket on my record?

Bring all your court documents to the consultation. Some records do not affect your application and others do — it is important to review them before filing.
