Consular Processing
USCIS DS-260
If your relative will get their green card abroad, we guide you through the National Visa Center (NVC), the documents and the consulate interview.
Who this is for
- You have an approved I-130 petition
- The beneficiary lives outside the U.S. or cannot adjust status here
What we do
- Guide you through fees and steps with the National Visa Center (NVC)
- Complete Form DS-260 and the I-864 affidavit of support
- Review birth and marriage certificates, police records and other civil documents
- Prepare you for the medical exam and the interview
Before leaving the country
If the person lived in the U.S. without status, leaving for the interview can trigger a 3- or 10-year bar. In many cases an I-601A provisional waiver is needed before traveling. Always talk to us before leaving.
