These terms apply to the Hermandad Mexicana Nacional (HMN) website and to the free citizenship study accounts. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice.
A study guide, not legal advice
The study tools (quiz, flashcards and practice tests) are general information to help you study. They are not legal advice, and using them does not create a representation relationship with HMN. USCIS rules can change. Confirm your eligibility and any exceptions with an HMN representative or at uscis.gov.
Who can have an account
You must be 18 or older. Accounts are personal: one person per account, with an email address you control.
Free access in exchange for the newsletter
Study accounts are free. As a condition of using them, you agree to receive our email newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in every email. If you unsubscribe, your account is kept, but progress stops being saved until you subscribe again. The flashcards and practice tests are always available without an account, as a guest.
Your account
Keep your password secret. You can delete your account and data anytime from your dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts used abusively, by automated means or against these terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t try to access other people’s accounts, interfere with the site, or use automated programs to create accounts or copy the content.
Content
The civics questions come from USCIS (128 Civics Questions and Answers, 2025 version); the Spanish translation is by HMN. Some answers change depending on who holds an office: confirm them at uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates before your interview. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but the site is provided “as is”, without warranties.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we’ll let you know by email.
